Ian is from Australia where he acquired academic qualifications in Sociology, Cultural Studies, and Literature, as well as in Professional Instruction and Assessment. His experience has ranged from corporate training with Australian Broadcasting Corporation, to vocational guidance with the Korrawinga Aboriginal Corporation. For the past five years he has been an ESL-EFL teacher in Qingdao, first with Shandong University of Science and Technology, later Qingdao University, and currently World International English.

伊恩.阿金斯，来自澳大利亚，他先后获得了社会学、文化研究、文学以及专业语言教育与评估等学术学位。曾为澳大利亚广播公司进行企业培训，为Korrawinga Aboriginal公司提供职业顾问。在过去的五年中，任教于山东科技大学、青岛大学，目前是青岛World的优秀外教代表。
