Hello, my name is Mr. Leif Erik Fossheim, but you can call me Leif. I am a native Canadian, 35, with over 7 years of experience teaching and company training in China. I have earned a Bachelor’s degree and TEFL certificate. My teaching experience ranges from ESL, TOEFL, IELTS and BEC. Meanwhile, my corporate staff training and VIP 1-1 tutoring includes companies such as, Haier, Intercontinental, Maersk, TS Lines Shipping, Sunward Logistics, Fambition Mining Equipment and government agencies, including CIQ and Education Ministy. Not only am I a professional language and company trainer, but I am an experienced science teacher, specializing in Biology, but proficient in all scientific subjects and have taught both AP and IGCSE curriculums. My teaching style focuses on task-based learning, where I encourage students to earn and hone their language skill through interesting, creative, interactive activities.
